The Enjoi Crusade opens the door for Owners & Operators in the food service sector to do some community service that in fact has a rich reward.
Enjoi的食用油革新計劃歡迎所有抱有共同健康使命的餐飲行業者加入，透過提倡健康生活共同為社會大眾出一分力，此計劃具有重大價值，並將得到更多認同和支持。
The opportunity to make a difference in Hong Kong & Macau i.e. saving lives by providing healthier, safer more nutritional oils that make fabulous foods at lower prices and at trans-fat free levels than regular cooking & frying oils is in itself a rewarding crusade (campaign).
現在我們有機會一同對社會做有影響、有意義的事，通過提供比一般食用油花費少，卻能做出頂尖料理、更健康、更安全、更有營養、無反式脂肪的食用油，一起改善健康生活。這個健康食油，就是我們Enjoi革新計劃的主角。
The concept came out of Enjoi’s Strategic Year of the Monkey Business Plans for 2016 and it was successfully beta tested on Steven Horton’s Linkedin page .

It’s simple – Enjoi is seeking 100 Hong Kong & Macau Corporates to pledge going trans-fat free in their kitchens over the next 2 years.
其實，這個計劃就是在未來的兩年中，Enjoi將尋找100位志同道合的合作者 ── 在香港、澳門、臺灣、中國大陸等地，共同努力確保在廚房烹飪的食物不含反式脂肪。
The campaign started 16/2/2016 and I have a pledge from LKF Group, restaurant groups & potentially a few casinos.
這場革新活動已在2016年2月16日拉開帷幕，Enjoi也已經榮幸地得到了蘭桂坊集團的合作承諾。與此同時，因為與我們有共同的理念，很多餐飲集團及俱樂部也是我們的潛在合作者，亦正在商議合作細節。

Profits are hard to make and with the fall in consumer spending Marketing & Advertising costs are rising.
眾所周知，在市場推廣和廣告成本增加的趨勢下，更難確保銷售利潤。
The Enjoi crusade will create press & TV news as it is a positive move by the "public". Hence the cost of advertising & gaining higher sales for the participants will come at a fraction of their real cost.
Enjoi 準備讓革新主角 ── Enjoi食用油，通過報紙、電視新聞等媒介，積極、迅速地讓大眾了解到這種無反式脂肪的健康食用油的存在。社會大眾的了解和認可，對於整個計劃而言是非常重要的，結果將會令參與者在廣告的花費降成現有成本的一小部分，當然與此同時也會產生不可忽略的銷售額增長及經濟利益。
To accelerate the program:
為促進這個革新計劃：
(a) Enjoi will finance the sales of its oil so that the end user achieves 20%+ savings benefit on the cost of goods, fixed & floating expenses.
首先Enjoi將會為合作者（Enjoi油的使用者）提供資金保障 ── 合作者在合作首期只需預先支付用油費用的60%，在清晰看到最少20%的用油成本節省過後，才向Enjoi 公司支付餘額。此舉能有效減少合作者對加入我們的革新計劃時所產生的資金顧慮。
(b) Provide educational material
提供教學材料 ── 我們為合作者準備了HACCP食用油計劃方案和更多的輔助資料，包括一些可以幫助合作者改善食品風味，確保食品安全等多方面的意見。
(c) Provide an explanation on how it can increase sales, loyalty & reduce overheads.
我們同時會提供一個清晰及詳細的分析 ── 對如何增加銷量，保持客戶忠誠度及無需額外增加開支作出解釋等等。
(d) Hopefully it will lower the numbers attending medical facilities.
由於Enjoi革新計劃的主角 ── 更健康的食用油，在烹飪過程中更加穩定，不容易分解、不容易揮發，所以對廚房工作人員及客戶而言也是健康的保證，亦會可有效減低貴公司可能要付出的醫療成本。
